Lake B2B will enable you to seamlessly monitor productivity and performance regardless of whether your staff are office-based or working from home. Any local team member with staff management responsibility is provided with access to this tool.

The LakeB2B dashboard allows you to:

  • Track employee attendance
  • Access key documents including services agreement, employment agreements
  • Access salary information Monitor recruitment
  • Access training materials
  • Raise support tickets
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Monitor and approve leave
  • Log tickets for helpdesk support, recruitment, and training

  • The amount earned by your staff before tax and other deductions.
  • Market-based rates for different job types.

Health Insurance

  • A government-mandated benefit that gives health and hospitalization subsidies.

13th Month Pay

13th Month Pay

  • A government-mandated benefit. It is a year-end bonus that is equivalent to one month salary.
  • Prorated and to be given no later than December 24 of every year.
  • Given during the calendar year or upon the termination of the staff.

Pag-IBIG Fund

Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund

  • A government-mandated benefit that gives the staff the opportunity to own a house through easy-payment plans.
  • Can directly be deducted from their monthly salary.

Gross Salary

Gross Basic Salary

  • A government-mandated benefit that aims to protect staff when they are unable to work caused by sickness, disability, old age or other such contingencies.

HMO Medical Insurance

HMO Medical Insurance

  • A company benefit that aims to provide or arrange managed care for health insurance and self-funded health care benefit plans through an HMO partner.
  • Acts as a liaison with health care providers on a prepaid basis.

Holiday Pay

  • Workers are entitled to paid days off during Festival (public and religious) holidays. These include memorial holidays and religious holidays.
  • Subject to the nature of the declared holiday.

  • A separation pay equivalent to at least one month pay or one month pays for every service year of service, whichever is higher.

Leave Credits

Leave Credits

  • A standard contract of employment for all team members provides for a total of 20 day’s leave per year.
  • 10 days sick leave and 10 days vacation leave.
  • PTO credits are earned on a monthly basis within the service year.
  • Utilization of PTO credits is allowed upon the regularization of the staff.
  • PTO utilization is not automatic and is subject to Client and Lake B2B supervisor’s approval.

Night Differential

  • There is no special pay premium for employees working overnight. The Code on Wages Bill, 2019 was passed by the Lok Sabha on July 30, 2019, and Rajya Sabha on 02 August 2019.
